Shortcut keys not working

Sir,

this is to inform you that i bought a nokia n79 set from "anjushi nokia priority dealer"on 14/10

from the day of purchase the short cut key for camera and volume was not working and the dealer is not willing to change the set because i went to him after 2-3 days.

how can one know about the sets features so early and the dealer even told me to that he will help me

but he refused help in this matter.

please look in my matter as soon as possible.
