Replacement

Dear sir,

I had purchased a New Nokia N79 on dated 04/07 from M/s. Explore, M.I. Road, Jaipur vide Bill No. BRFP/CM/2716 for Rs. 17, 460/-.

It started giving trouble and its hardware is not working. Jaipur (Rajasthan) Nokia Care at New Sanganer Road has sent it to Noida Centre vide Job No. 099433527/091027/13 Dated 27/10.

I want the REPLACEMENT Of the same with a new Set at earliest.

Please do the needful.
