Poor Response &Diagnosis of Nokia Care center koramangala

Hi,
I purchased N79 in the month of july. Within a week it started hanging. I had to run around 3 times to the center to get repair it (to install right firmware). Then after 3 weeks the phone speaker (in bulit) became very noisy but it was fine with headset. When i approched the center for this prob on sep-22nd, after 5 hrs of waiting, they told me to farmat my memory card as they felt virus could cause this prob (Most Rediculouse diagnosis). As i am Electronics Engineer in R&D institute, I know very clearlly it is not Virus prob. virus can affect s/w to make system malfunction but not hardware. When i explained this then they tookback my phone and said they want to observe it two days (Till now i don't know what they mean by it). After several calls i made (after 10 days), they told me i will be given replacement, but only after another10 days. Then on 2nd oct they gave me one handset but faulty one (camera itself not working). I showed it to them there itself at the time of delivery itselt. This time they said sorry and told me nokia sent them faulty one they are not responsible and asked for another 10 days for another handset. Then again they delivered me another handset but very old one. Display is full of scratches and black color cabinet (what i purchased is white cabinet with white back cover). This seems to me customer has to take whatever they deliver to him/her as if they are giving free phone, otherwise they will keep delaying. Till now phone is not delivered to me. And They say they will not give any compensation for this delay.
Pls makesure this time they deliver me New phone with features working with compensation (Warranty Extention), Otherwise i will take all possible Legal Action against both the service center Nokia.
