Nokia n79
Mobile not yet received

I bought one mobile model: nokia n79 on july month. but it got repaired i given it to nokia care on sep 17 but till date i didn't receive my mobile. if i aske them they r telling that u will get it with in 10 days but past 2 and half mounth i didnt receive my mobile. 15 days before i enquire them they told that they will replase ur hand set with in 10 days. but when i ask for my mobile they did not give the proper reason.
