Poor service

Hi this is Rohit i m having nokia N80 phone which is gifted by my cousin from USA, it is having power button problem. When i gave in nokia care they told that its strip was not original when i called them after 10 days they told that it is board problem after they took 20 days to repair but in vain>thay gave me the mobile unrepaired these persons do not have enough knowledge to about software and hardware. Then why do they keep nokia care for sevicing phones
