Nokia N80
I2 (Nokia distributer) refused the international warrantee

At Jan I bought my Nokia N80 mobile from Saudi Arabia with I2 international warrantee. I used this warrantee to maintain my mobile at I2 branch in Egypt before and it was done for free.

The problem now is that I2 is refusing to accept this International warrantee anymore as they have new policy to maintain only locally purchased devices. I respect this policy for the newly bought devices, but I can't accept to apply it on my International warrantee and I consider this as breaching the legal agreement with Nokia by I2. I am quite sure that Nokia doesn't know about this attitude of its distributor (I2 branch in Egypt) and will not accept it.

I am asking for your urgent help as I need to update my mobile software ASAP.
