I have Given My nokia Handset Model No. N-80 to Nokia
care at patan for reparing of Display Fading Problem
on 04/10

After almost 1 month i have recieved handset back from service centre
BUT IT HAS A SAME PROBLEM OF DISPLAY FADING again i have given for
repairing
on 21/11

again after almost 1 month i have recieved my handset in same problem i
have given 3rd time for repairing
on 18/12

again after almost 2 months they have given me handset in same problem
condition
AGAIN on 16/02 i have given handset back to nokia care for repairing jobsheet No. 447434038/080216/32
of display problem when i have inquired about my handsets after few days
they said MY HANDSET IS OUT OF WARRANTY YOU HAVE TO GIVE NOKIA
DISTRIBUTOR'S PURCHASE INVOICE THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE I HAVE PURCHASE
INVOICE OF RETAILER THEN I CALL TO NOKIA HELPLINE THEY SAID THERE IS NO
ANY RULE TO DEMAND DISTRIBUTORS INVOCE IF U HAVE PURCHASE INVOICE ITS OK.
I INFORMED SAME TO NOKIA CARE AND THEN THEY HAS SENT MY PHONE FOR WARRANTY
REPAIR
TODAY I HAVE VISITED NOKIA CARE
for recieving my handset
AFTER 7-8 MONTHS THEY ARE GIVING ME ANOTHER N-80 HANDSET WHICH IS LOKOING
AS ALMOST 2 YEARS OLD ITS GLASS IS PASTED WITH FEVIQUICK LIKE ADHESIVE,
ITS SLIDER IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND ALSO DAMAGED CASING
SO I DID NOT RECIEVED HANDSETS AND DECIDED TO GO TO CONSUMER FORUM
PLEASE HELP...
Consequences: I HAVE SUFFERD LOT IN LAST 6-7 MONTH DUE TO NON AVAILBILTY
OF NOT ALWAYS CONNECTED
IM A VODAFONE'S POSTPAID AND PCO DISTRIBUTOR I LOST MY MANY CUSTOMERS AND
DUE TO THAT I COULD NOT ACHIEVE MY BUSINESS TARGETS AND SO SUFFERD
