Ackup problem

To whomsoever it may concern

Sir

This is to inform you that I (Mohit Singh) have purchased NOKIA N-80 in Rs-17762/- on dated 29th July from “MAA SHARDA ENTERPRISE” shop No 50 & 51, Avas Vikas Building, Boothnath Mandir road, indra Nagar, Lucknow, uttar Pradesh India.. the cash memo No-1158.the mobile set I.M.I.E. No is 358814002088930.

I started facing back up problem from very first month, I have contacted Nokia Care centre at Faizabad Road Lucknow. they ask me to install another battery and check the phone but they don’t have any other backup battery, again I went there on dated 29th may they checked my set and told me that the battery is out of order So they provide me a new battery on dated 3rd December but the problem still remains the same.

Then I went to Nokia Care B.K & Co Lela Mansion, Hazratganj Lucknow. They have received the Mobile and after 10 days I received the set which they told me that its working properly but I faced the same backup problem.

Again I went there they receive theMobile on 6th February and told me that they will send the set somewhere for repair. The Job sheet No was 109434038/080201/33.

After that many times I went there but they keep on saying that you will receive it next week, many weeks later he told me that the mobile is non repairable, so you take another second hand Mobile I had refuse to take second hand Mobile in any condition either I need new mobile in replacement or my money back.. The Mobile set is still with them and I stopped visiting there office.

Now sir I got frustrated with the attitude and behavior of these people and I am not in a position to remain a brand loyal of NOKIA.

So sir please give necessary instruction either to provide me a new Mobile or pay my money back.
