Replacement of dead phone

I have bought Nokia N81-8GB in the month of April then suddenly after two month on 9th of June it became dead.
I tried to switch it on but it did not boot up so i took it to Tollygaunj Nokia Care where it gone for replacement
this is August and it is ending but I have never heard from Nokia again Inspite of my regular follow up by calling them everyday they got a standard reply next week I am still waiting for that week to come my job sheet no was 6100285458 (old) they gave me new job sheet no6100304916 i do not know what to do
