Swapping of handset (n81) is not correct

myself is anubhav singh, due to some technichal fault i had submitted my nokia handset to nokia care which is at begum bridge in meerut.

Nokia care had swapped my handset and they returned a new handset to me but the colour of that new handset is diffrent from the colour of my older one. And i doesn't like the colour of that new handset, so i go to the manager of nokia care but they refuse to change the colour of my handset and they talk to me in a very badly way.now sir i request u to take legal action aginst nokia care and i want my handset in the previous colour back.
