Nokia N81
Damage not covered under waranty

I have a nokia n81. on 15th june some problem with the slider slip and the keys stopped functioning.

i went to the nokia care cetre nearby where i was told that it was a physical damage due to excessive use of the slider.

though the problem was rectified after replacing the slider slip which is inside the mobile but i was made to pay a sum of 1800 rupees even when the mobile was under waranty.

i hereby, want that the should be looked into.
