Dealy in Repairing

I want to inform you, i'm purchases my nokia N-81 From HOT SPOT in last year, and now these days i was suffering with that OUTPUT SOUND (RINGING VOL) And my warranty period was going to expired that's why i had given my handset to check in nokia care, and they nokia care guys told me, you come after 2 HOUR, when i go for collect handset they take again 1 hour and after few hours, they guys told me your set going to part pending so you will come after one week, when i go after one week MR BALJEET (CENTER MANAGER) told me you collect your set day-after-tomorrow. than after one day i received a call from nokia care and that person told me " your set take time to one week again. AND after one week when i go to Nokia care than they people told me now we are sending your set to REPAIR CENTER, and its will take more than 10 days..

SO MY QUESTION IS

Why not sent my handset to repair center after 14 days they are plan to send to Repair center and again he take more than 10days

SO MY REQUEST TO ALL PLEASE REPAIR MY HAND SET WITHIN 2 DAYS OTHERWISE I'LL TAKE NEXT STEP...

earlier i face a problem with same service center but that time "PLENET M" guys involve in that case

and that time my nokia 1650 hand set misplace by nokia care center and when i come on consumer fourm than my problem was resolved..
