Navi Wheel And Poor Service Of Local Nokia Care Outlets

Sir,

I am an owner of a Nokia N81 which i bought 1 month ago. The phone IMEI number is 356994014198240.At that time the Navi Wheel of the phone was working perfectly. But now, the navi wheel mostly dosent work. Even if it works, it works extremely slowly and ineffectively. When i went to the Nokia Care in Ashok Nagar, in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, they were confused and told me that Nokia N81 was not equipped with a Navi Wheel. When I insisted and finally brought the book and showed them that Nokia N81 has that feature they said that they have no information about it and told me to call some number and ask. My question is, if the people in Nokia Care are so ignorant about Nokia products, then whats the point of employing them? They claim they work for your company and yet dont know the basic things about the company. So i would like to request you to therefore look into this matter and do something about the nokia care employees and at the same time, repair or replace my navi wheel so that i do not have any inconvenience in future.
