A long awaited period to repair my cell phone

Nothing was displayed on the screen I handed over the set to nokia authorised service centre at jalandhar city. every time I phone them they never talk in a proper way and says that u enquire again after a week on wednesday. Probably they sent my set for repair to chandigarh. I had nerver thought of such a poor service by such a good name brand company. so please look in to the matter personaly and persue the matter to return my hand set at earliest possible, otherwise i will left with no alternative except to publish my compliant in leading news papers
