Calls not audible even though call/timer starts

I bought a N-82 Mobile (MFD- May) from Mobile Store, Bhopal in July. Since last few days, whenever I make a call or receive a call, the call/timer of mobile starts but I am not able to hear the voice of caller/responder. I gave the mobile day before yesterday to Nokia-ASC in Bhopal. They confirmed the problem and said that the mobile will take a month or more for repair/replacement.

The problem is that I cannot spare my mobile for such a long duration and go for similar mobile during the time repair is carried out on my mobile.

You are hereby requested to please replace the set as soon as possible so that my communication network is not hindered.

Also the mobile is physically in showroom condition and has never been dropped or exposed to rain/heat. Even there is not even a single scratch and the original lamination (transparent cover on screen and back) provided fron Nokia lie intact.

An early reply is requested.
