Problem with echo sound / sometime not able to hea

We have nokia N82 {358984013261808} handset from global access invoice no; ft/1588 for Rs 19400/- on 26-6 we have sent for nokia care 2 times but we r not able to get satisfactory result from ur nokia care so wewould request u to give us new handset still under wareenty time we will wait for ur reply
