Sir,

I have given my Nokia Mobile N82 for service at Nanies Enterprises Pvt. Ltd Mysore on 21st March 09. They have informed that software to be reloaded and asked me to come on 23rd, on that day it was not ready. Again asked me to come on 25th, even on that day also the set is not ready informed that the set not getting updated and it has to be sent to the company.

Today i have enquired, they informed that it will take minimun 20 days. I have logged in www.namscareonline.com and checked for the status, the status is showing closed and repaired. I was scared, i dont know what is happenining. please help me out and inform me the correct status to the mail address or to my mobile No.9980059545.
