Defective handset & camera problem

IMEI NO=358984014524527.

lens of main camera is not opening since from purchase.

handset is not working properly.

already i have reported this problem to nokia care handset was place for one month.after one month it was repaired & still it's not working properly.

& my demand is for replacement of handset.

i need quick action, thank you.
