Faulty phone, nokia care is not repairing while it is in gaurantee

I bought nokia n82 but problems are coming from very first day. Sometimes voice received and sometimes not. I gave it to nokia care for three times but they are returning me without solving the problem and saying they have solved the problem. I am tired of going to nokia care. I spent about 19000 Rs not to visit nokia care. Many other problems are keep coming in my phone. I want my money back

I am requesting you to please get rid of this phone.
