Problem in the FM

I purchased the set on 29-02-08 and from the first day itself the FM facility is not operating.i went to the customer care and they assured me that the set would be replaced. But i won't be given a seal packed cell instead of that only the head set would be replaced.please reply me at the earliest what i should do for being assured that the cell will be a new one and i won't be facing problem in the future. I am really upset that after investing such a huge amount i have to be without any set for such a long time. Hoping that you would take this matter seriously and give me a faithfull response, i conclude thereby.
