This is in Reference to my New Nokia Phone N82 which i purchsed on 15/06/09 and went to NOkia Care shop with Queries on
23/06/09. My new phone was opened and i was told that it will be sent to Head office for repair, which was really amazing to
listen for a new phone.
Queries i had was : 1> Phone getting heated up while video recording. 2> Keppad making noise as not fitted properly. 3> Error
msg while connecting TV out cable (USE PHONE MICRO PHONE). 4>Software not upadted. 5> Phone getting hanged while using.
I really wonder what quality checks nokia does before manufaturing phones. Since the time i have given my phone i am
following up with customer care, sometime they tell me 10 working days and sometime they tell me 15 working days to rcve back
the handset. And when i called up on 02/07/09 nokia care shop told me that it was repaired and they will call me when rcvd
from head office.
Is this is why i bought new phone so that after using for 4 days i give it back to nokia to REPAIR and the u repair and give
it back to me. I am really frustrated coz i being from middle class family cannot afford costly phones and after buying a new
phone so many problems and then nokia is repairing this and sending back. I really doubt what is wrong with such a big
company.who is not even bothered to do quality check of phones before selling.
I was expecting to get a new phone. i have emailed Care shop on (omkartele_mumbai@nokiacareindia.com) rearding this and also
informed cust care that i dont want the same phone back with so many problems in it, but no reply from any where.
I am rally shattered with wat is happening and really cant take this any more. I want this email to be escalated to higher
authorities of nokia and want a reply on this by them. Such customer service and Quality of phones really not expected from
nokia. Also please let me know if when we buy a new phone are such problems expected and if it is strat writing in th user
manual. Please reply atleast once now and let me know. I also want email adress for some higher authorities so that i can
directly contact them.

This above email was the first email i tried sending you guys but your fantastic website never works. Anyways After so much of harresment you finally repaired the phone and i went to collect it on THursday 9th July. How amazing all problems still there. And you customer care team, NOkia Case Shop and your complaints team say that they do Quality check of the phone before giving me. So now the care shop is telling me that they will again send it to head office and i have to wait for more 10 20 days. what he hell is going on now whats wrong with your services. Above that when i when to rvce the phone on 9th it has so many scratches on the screen and a thin plastic filament which is suppose to be on the keyad was missing. Is this is the way how phones are repaired and manufactured. LET ME TELL YOU THIS IS MOST HORRIBLE, PEATHATIC SERVICE ANY COMPANY WILL EVER GIVE. AND NOKIA HAS PUT UP HOARDING ALL AROUND THEIR SHOP AS MOST TRUSTED BRAND. IS THIS IS WHAT TRUST MEANS. PLEASE EXPLAIN
