Ought a phone n85 next day the problem arised till now there is no remidy

I has bought nokia n 85 mobile on 5th november at wavetell, chrompet, chennai - 44. but next day the phone has locked. I gave it to nokia authorised service centre ROCKY AGENCIES, n.no.32, o.no.10, Thiru vi ka road, Royapettah, chennai - 14.

Today 12th November till this date what they telling till now the phone is not repaired in head office.

your making of this phone is not repaired (5 days duration) by you then how can i hold it.

What i am asking you, only one day i had that Rs.24, 500/= phone in my hand. the problem arised after one day. I need it to change the phone. Take immediate action for my complaint. otherwise i will take legal action for this.
