Nokia N85
Phone restarts/reboots while charging and using applications

Dear sir,

I bought this handset (n85) (esn:356376021336197), on 30/12. since then this phone has been continously giving problems. It restarts during charging and while using any application. I visited nokia care on 3/01/09 for repairs and they assured it would be sorted out (job sheet no. MUM0628472). They replaced the mother board as according to them it was beyond repair (New ESN no.356376020549626) and returned it to me on 19/01/09. I checked it for 1day and these issues still persisted. I again visited on 20/01/09 for assistance they just upgraded the firmware and said the problem has been sorted out. I found it was unresolved. Now i have again registered a new complaint on 21/01/09 (jobsheet no. MUM0642883). Today i also went thru some blogs and found this is a worldwide issue with this model and nokia has not yet rectified it.
