Nokia is not taking my problem seriously

I bought Nokia N85 on April 6 from 21st century Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, J& K. Within 15 days the battery started giving problem as the back up was only 2 hrs. After that the cell started to hang and the camera clarity just vanished I would say. The volume button is not working and now its slider has also started shaking. I have spend Rs.22, 600 on the cell and I got a defected product from Nokia. In last five months I have submitted my phone 5 times at Nokia care center and the handset was with me hardly for 1 or one and a half month for rest of the time it was with Nokia care center. I have launched compliant against my phone 4 times in Nokia customer care but they do not look into my problem. I asked them to replace my phone but they refused by saying that it will be repaired and it will work properly, but my problem is unsolved till date. My handset is giving me trouble within two days of repairing and yesterday I resubmitted my phone to Nokia care center. i m busy person and I need a phone all the time but most of the time it is with Nokia only and also it is not possible for me to go to Nokia care center daily as it is about 15Km from my place. My job sheet No. is:- 169433527/090710/40.I want my phone to be replaced by Nokia but they are not replacing it. please look into my problem as soon as possible.
