I purchase a nokia N86 8mp on 19/06/09 IMEI NO. 354203030257523 & Battery no.462040-0670580

I used this set just 12days. Then some problem arise in my set. I sent my set at nokia care but yhey have no reply . my job sheet no. 296504886/0907404/24. the address of this nokia care - AM MOBILE TELECOM PVT LTD, P-39, PRINCEP ST, 1ST FLOOR, KOLKATA - 700 072. I contact this no . 9836365300, but they could not help me, then they doing a raf behabiare about me.

I request to u that if u have any responssablety so plz help me or contact me, either I teke a legal action on u`r company.
