Replacement of my hand set asap

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased (N91-8GB on 22nd Jan) the Nokia N91 8GB set which is infested with certain technical problems. The phone regularly hangs. My hand set often hang and everything keyboard/keypad freezes after some interval. I'm not able to open Messages, clicking on open gives no response. Many of times the hard drive shows unavailable in the phone. It happens of because of regular hang of the phone. I gave it to Nokia care (HCL Nokia Care - Noida) but after one week they have returned me my set and told me that problem solved but the same problem is existing again and again.

Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
