I would like to put how the hell service NOKIA is providing to its users.
I had bought one NOKIA N-91 4GB grom NOKIA priority dealer 'Netra enterprises' Invoice No-11107 and IMEI No.-359391001209809. after some months it started facing so many problems (within warranty period), like hanging every now and then, switching off automatically, and finally its display went blank. I had to go to NOKIA care, where i had been told that my hand set is to be sent to Delhi and it will take 20-25 days to get it back. I asked for any alternate handset so that i can remain in contacts. They told we dont have any stand-by set in stock. Then i had to bought another cheaper handset. On 20.09.07 i lost my handset, and asked NOKIA for assistance to trace it. they regreted.
In the another story i bought another N-91 8GB from the same shop on 24.09.07 with IMEI No.-352767010168100. Again after few months of usage the same problems started surfacing within warranty period. I repented a lot why i believed in NOKIA again.
Moreover, if you ask, i can give you so many examples of users with contact No. who have faced similar problems with their NOKIA sets and all are bound to suffer and no one is there to take responsibility, as is very much clear in the replies from NOKIA. They are saying display is a Cosmetic item, so its beyond warranty. i want to ask, Have i purchased the display from some other company? wasn't it a part of the set i had bought? And is this set usable at all if display goes blank?
In minor cases these might have been treated as a by-chance case. But i have a huge number of similar examples. This means this is pre-planned by NOKIA that if someone buys a NOKIA set they have to buy many pain-bearing problems also, and NOKIA is not responsible for for these. And if these type of problems start once, these keep repeating as per my records. This time I had been charged 1500/-. And I am sure that now every now and then i will be paying this sum, otherwise i have to buy another handset.
I'll request you to make a survey of NOKIA users and unearth this NOKIA. They are just using the poor population, for their recurring incomes with one handset.
Anyway even if i pay the sum charged by NOKIA care, who is going to take responsibility of our harrasment? I had been using my cell phone for more than 90% of my jobs. Right now i am totally cut-off of the rest world. I am not able even to perform my duties. I am totally incompetent now for my organisation. I want to assert that NOKIA care is providing a hell of services. They dont represent NOKIA at all, otherwise i must have found any complaint register over there provided by NOKIA. No one receives any call there on the Nos. provided in their service sheet. Lastly we have to take leave and go there, that also goes fruitless, and they tell you should have contacted first before arriving here.
