NOKIA/ N91 Mobile Phone
DEGRADED QUALITY PRODUCT & HOPELESS NOKIA CARE SERVICE!!

I had a terribly bad and dissatisfied experience with NOKIA care. My N 91 phone has been sent to Nokia care 3 times but every time I was disappointed as all 3 times Nokia Care failed to rectify the problem. As a result I had really difficult time, wasting my precious time for going to Nokia Care store and waiting for long queues every time, and I need not to mention on how I difficult these days were without mobile phone which is a important necessity in todays life, . But to the heights to my disappointments, my N91 has again gone dead 2 weeks back, which was recently swapped by Nokia Care. I feel this has been too much of disappointments, bad experiences, discomforts, losses of times and now therefore, I dont want to send this phone again to NOKIA care because I am not interested in getting this phone repaired again to waste time. And now as a compensation to all above discomforts, I need a New Nokia Phone, of equally value within next weekâ?? s times. I feel that being a loyal customer of Nokia Since 1998, I can expect at least this much from world No. 1 Mobile Phone brand.
