Charging of Money in Warranty period

Sir,

I have purchaged a mobile NOKIA N91, on 19/07/07, from Music Planet, Sector 15, Faridabad.

On 26/02/08, I found that MENU KEY of my mobile is not working. I visited Music Planet, SCF 71-72/15, faridabad, and told the problem.

They rectified the problem, prehaps they replaced the MENU KEY and charged Rs 314/- from me. When I enquired about the charging of money, they replied that Rs 20/- to Rs 25/-(cost of new MENU KEY) Rs 250/-(service charge) Tax.

I am not satisfied with their answer.

In warranty period, how they can charge money?
