Attery problem

I bought nokia n92 for 19000 rs on jan 22

with in 3 months the out goin audio ws not working

i got the speakers changed from nokia care centre,

and now it is not startin only ..its a new fone

battery problem i guess

it ws not over charged still the battery was hot

and thr is no display

i want a replacement of the fone

what can i do?
