1. Nokia N92 cell phone (Under Warranty) given for repair at Nokia Care, Green Park S-10, New Delhi-110019 on 23 Feb.

2. Got a replacement Set Nokia N77 on 12 Mar.

3. The orignal set (Nokia N92) purchased at INR 23, 504/- vs Nokia N77 MRP at INR 18800/-

4. N77 also being phased out and not available at most Nokia Sales Outlets.

4. Coy should give same model ie Nokia N92 as replacement OR permit exchange for higher model after taking difference in cost.
