We are shoked to bring to your Knowledge that we have purchased the above noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The display problem is some times it get blank display ofter some days the screen not working properly and it getting blank display. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at very dear price (36, 000Rs). We expect full value for our moneyand ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
