Dear Sir,

I have a Nokia- N95.2 mobile phone. It is not working properly, it work for sometime and sometime it does not work. I send a man to Chaitanya Communications, 920-22, 1st floor, Clock tower, Subji Mandi, Delhi- 110007, for repairing it, but they charged Rs. 55 and marked Inspection charges, Out of Warranty Liquid damage in the bill, which is absolutely incorrect. The mobile is fully in warranty, but doesn’t work at times.

So, I request you to repair my mobile soon and refund the amount, which is unnecessarily charged. Please look into the matter and reply me immediately.
