Dear sir,

i have given my phone which is nokia n95 8gb for a software update to the companies care center at mohali punjab. first they told me it will take half n hour. when i was their after half n hour they told me to wait for another half n hour. after that they told me we have to send your phone to the company and you can get it within 7 days. i have given my phone on 23rd sep 2008 now its 10 oct and still i have no information where my phone is, weather the bug has been removed. no nothing. they told me to wait for another 7 days

do something about it. please help me on this issue. i am facing lot of problems.
