NOKIA N95

Sir,

This has come as a great sock to me. I had given my nokia n95 set for repairing covered under warranty to Nokia Care (M/S Shanti Telecomunication), Siliguri, which I received back after 22 days of hard negotiation and travelling pains of almost 300 km one way for 5 times. The problem was sorted out but the set was handed over to me with another problem, the speakers and microphones do not work any more. what shall I do next, Please advise
