I HAVE PURCHASED A NOKIA N95 SET ON 19.11.2008 (S/N:
352026/02/402766/5. FROM THE VERY BEGINING I AM FACING LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS PARTICULAR SET. I COMPLAINED IT ON THE MONTH OF MAY TO MY NEAREST NOKIA CARE DIVISION (MERLINE BUILDING, TALLYGUNJ FARRY, KOLKATA). THEY HAD TAKEN THE PHONE AND GIVEN IT BACK AFTER 13 DAYS. I ASSUME ACTUALLY THEY HAD CONSUMED THE TIME ONLY, DID NOT DO ANY THING, BECAUSE AFTER RECEIVING THE CELL, USING IT FOR FEW DAYS, SAME SNAG OCCURED AGAIN AND AGAIN, FINALLY MY PHONES LCD EFFECTED AND I COULD NOT USE IT FOR LAST THREE DAYS. WENT TO THE SAME NOKIA CARE CENTRE. THOUGH THEY USE TO OPEN THE CENTRE FROM 12 NOON ON SUNDAY BUT I WAS SUPRISED ONE SECURITY GUARD WAS POSITIONED AND WE CAME TO KNOW THE SHOP WILL OPEN AFTER 1 PM. IS IT WAY YOU DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS? AND CARING THE BY THE NAME OF NOKIA CARE! IS IT YOUR OWN BABY? OR GIVEN IT TO ANY OUT OUT SIDE AGENCY AS FRANCHISEE?
ULTIMATE THE SHOP WAS OPENED AFTER 30 MINS. THEY HAD OPENED MY SET AND CERTAINLY TOLD ME THAT MY MOBILE WAS INFLENCED BY SOME LIQUID! AS PER THEIR MANAGER MR DEBNATH ROY IT MAY BE SWEAT ALSO. NOW THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ME ANY SUPPORT.
SHOULD I ASK YOU-WHEN THEY HAD TAKEN MY SET FOR REPAIR IN THE MONTH OF MAY, IT WAS NOT TAMPERED BY THEM? BECAUSE AFTER THAT ONLY THE SET WAS CONSTANTLY GIVING ME TOUBLES.
NOW WHAT IS YOUR OPINION? JUST LET ME KNOW?
OR SHOULD I GO TO CONSUMER FORUM?
