Hang when i use gprs

Hi, i have nokia n95 and it hangs up when i use gprs on my cell and on, my pc too. i upload firmware but its not working. still the same prob occurs. and it hangs up again and again. then it need to put off battry out of cell and then i start it again. plzz tell me wat is d solution of this prob.
