THE GENERAL MANAGER,

SIR I PURCHASE THE NOKIA N95 HANDSET ON 24/04, I USE THE SET FOR TWO WEEK AND I FOUND THE COMPLANT AND I GIVEN IT FOR SERVICE WARRANTY AT 04/06 AND THEY DELIVERED IT ON 16/06, AFTER TWO DAYS I FOUND THE SAME COMPLANT, SO I GIVEN BACK TO WARRENTY ON 20/JUNE . AT THAT TIME ALSO SAME THING REPETED. SO I WENT FOR REPLACEMENT THEY HAD GIVEN ME THE ASSURENCE THEY WILL GIVE REPLACEMENT AFTER SECOND SERVICE .SO GIVEN IT ON 14 /JULY/ 2008 . ON THIS MOVEMENT I DIDN'T GET REPLACE IT AND I GOT VERY BAD RESPONCE FROM THEIR. SO YOU PLS DO THE REST TO GET MY SET AS REPLACEMENT.
