Phone Not Working Properly

Hi

Myself Vikas N Virkar I have purchase Nokia N96 Mobile Phone From Swastik Mobile Shop Near Mahavir Shopping Center, Agra Road, Kalyan (W) 421301. with IMEI No :-354863023088944 .

Scince after purchasing the handset there are lots of problem comming in the handset.

1) The mobile gets hanged every time so i visit the Nokia Care 2 times both the times they receit the memory. and then it works for a week again the same problem.

2) There were problem while sending the SMS to any number after sending the SMS The mobile get compleated Blank. Again We visit the Nokia Care they told there is a lot of memory in the mobile So they Delete some games and somes photograph fom the mobile. and gave back to us. again it works for 2 to 3 days again the same problem . each and every time the problem comes but we are not getting any any solution. Now the battery problem after 2 to 3 calls the mobile get switched off. and the battery is showing low battery Signal. Kindly suggest what to do for the same.
