Purchased a cell Nokia N-97 IMEI 3542250382994570 white colour dated 11/8/09 costing Rs.32550/ From Tele Junction Madhu vihar I.P Ext. delhi-110092 but billed from tele Junction Shop no1 Shagvi Plaza Vasundhra Enclave Delhi-110096.

From the first day it was going off automaticaly after one hour or two hour or any time then i made a complaint to the dealer first of all he and his team said that its a fault of battery charging but after two hour of battery charging in front of them they said its a software problem and finaly next day they took it back for repair and replace and said to give 5-6 days for.

By this message i wants to inform to co. that in this type of cases my cell should change emediatly.
