Nokia n97
Defective piece

I have purchased a nokia N97 on 1.8.2009 n from that day the mobile has been sent for around 10 times to nokia care for repair n still it's with them from last 10 days n it was for rs 34000 n they have updated software twice n losing all my personel data Inc imp pics ..n phone no... so I have suffered both monetary n personel loss from that mobile that I have purchased for 34000..n I have requested to nokia for replacement but time after time they just keep it for software updation... Pls help me to replace my mobile otherwise further action is inevitable...
