Refund of Scratch card Prize

Hello

I have purchased one Nokia N 97 on October 16th from Trivandrum Kerala. This was a gift to me from my wife. It was purchased under " Nokia Khareedo Now Or Pachhtaao Offer ". We got a scrach card and we got Rs201 as cash back. As it was almost closing time (9Pm) we went back and we couldnt encash it as I was hospitalised for a long period. In between I send the coupon through my friend to one of the retailers and they informed that it can be encashed only through the purchased dealer only. Today (09.11.09) my friend took it to the Authorised Centre where I purchased and they replied that the scheme is Over and cannot be reimbursed now.

I have gone through the entire terms and conditions and nowhere its written about the encashment cut off date. I have purchased from the Nokia Authorised Distributer at Trivandrum, located at Pattom.
