I have purchased the Nokia N97 bearing IMEI No 354225033081824 cell phone from Jasmin Vadodara. Sales persons were not able to explain how to operate the phone. and also not knowing the complete features and functions of the hand set. I informed to Nokia but did not get any satisfactory reply. I received a mail that Nokia representative will come and give the complete demo on 17.08.09 till date no one has turned up.

Myself also contacted care centre at 08030303838 unfartunately did not get proper response also the person has informed me that, they do not have any information that Nokia representative is visiting me. I also sent so many mails but Nokia has not at all even reply it.
