Lens cover scratch

I purchased Nokia N97 RM-505 Ref Inv no-8313 dtd 08-07 through Consolidated Gulf Co W.L.L - Qatar

Now is noticed that when we open the lens shutter cover, their is a scrach occuring on the lens & inside cover, due to which we are not getting clear images & photos, Photos look like bit shady like white cloudy background.

Please let me know If I can get the set exchanged since its newly purchased & hardly used.

I request you to let me know the procedures for the same or any other options available on the exchange.
