Regarding the battery overheated & charger not supported in nokia 2626 handset

I have a Nokia 2626 Model, IMEI:356811023594377, I found charger not supported & battery over heated problem from last 3 -4 months. After getting this problem I have consult with nearest customer service point at Nokia NEXTEL abulane meerut. They have suggested to me, hand over the set to them for necessary repair. After one week they have return back the set but I have found again same problem. This type of repated action I have faced 3-4 times from Last 3 months. This is not acceptable. They have not able to rectify the problem.
