Nokia/nokia 5200
Internal hardware

Sir, i have nokia 5200 which in warranty but still when i went to nokia care just because of some problem in its internal hardware (cord which connects upper slide to lower side) for which i had paid Rs 599/- now if my phone is in warranty then why should i have to pay repairing charges for that, i am not understanding the policy, provided by nokia care can you please clear my doubt.
