Same problem again & again in nokia 5310

I am coming across same problems in my nokia handset-5310 again & again. The problem is that while using earphones the otherperson can"t hear my voice. i have complained about it four times already but still i am facing the same problem. I am tired of visiting nokia customer care (MAA COMUNICATIONS, b-36 guru nanak pura radhu palace, new delhi). yesterday i have received my cell back from them after 10 days & i am facing same problem again. my job sheet nos. are 144433527/090724/28, 144433527/090611/26, 872, 992.i purchased this handset on 1st of may, 09. from nokia dealer, tele junction, sai chowk, nadhu vihar, delhi-92 I still have faith in goodwill of nokia but i am not sure how long is this faith gonna continue. kindly resolve my problem. Replace my handset please. Eager to receive ur response.
