Issue with Nokia 5800 Xpress music

On 21 March i purchased a Nokia 5800 series mobile phone from Sangeeta store (2nd Floor Forum Mall - Bangalore) @ Rs 19, 500. From day 1 i am facing issue with the mobile phone. Most of the applications hangs, when any SMS comes (Which is one of the basic requirements of the phone) and i try to open the same, the phone prompts a message: Memory Full, please close some applications and try again. Call log history, Gallery, Contact, Applications etc all gets locked. This issue gets resolved after switching off and switching on the mobile phone, but after 5-6 hours the issue comes back again and i have to switch off and switch on the mobile. So in a day i have to do this activity 3-4 times in order for the mobile to work fine. I reported the issue to Nokia Service Center - BTM 2nd Stage Bangalore twice (2nd April and 21 April), but no result the problem still exists. On 24th April the mobile was sent to Nokia head office by the Nokia Care center. I got my cell phone back on 5th May but still the issue persist. So, twice Nokia care has worked on it and once Nokia main office but no result. Please help is getting the phone replaced. I will be very thankful to you.
