Refuse to give the Cell phone after repairing

Respected Sir,

I have cell phone modeled no. NOKIA-6610 nd its power ic was struct off or not proper working. So we have given the cell to MOBILE PLANET NOKIA CARE CENTRE, PATHANKOT (Pb.) to repair il on 24-12. And they are not giving it nd every time Exicutives working on there are refused to give us. Today (02-06), when i went to this shop they refuse to give the cell phone nd said to take any action from any where nd also refusing to giv the cell phone. And i have paid the fee for repairing this as rs. 500 on 24-12 to owner of the shop.
