Complain against service centre

Dear sir/madam,

I Rambir Gupta i am purchases a set nokia N 81 from hotspot retails ltd. 41 ambedker road on date 11.04.2009. With due respect I want to inform you that i have given my Nokia handset to Nokia care center Shree Jee enterprises B-5 Raj nagar diston center on 01.07.2009 for repairing one month ago which I have not received it yet. Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more. So we are requested please give my money back or my mobile with in one week.

so I request you to kindly take action against that care centre. if not take action earlier we go to the concern coart.
